    Our minimum stay is 21 days. For shorter durations our properties are occasionally listed on AirBnb, please talk to our team for more details.
    For longer term leases we will agree a fixed minimum term with the opportunity to extend.

  • A:

    Extensions are subject to 30 days prior notice and availability. We’ll always try to accommodate your needs.

  • A:

    Cancellations are always subject to 30 days’ prior notice and must be after the initial fixed term (if you had one).

  • A:

    All your utilities inclusive of council tax, WIFI, TV licence, waste, water, gas and electric. As well as heating & cooling (where applicable).

  • A:

    We’re afraid not, due to the flexible nature of our leases we can’t allow a permanent phone line to be installed in our properties.

  • A:

    The apartments all have fully fitted kitchens including fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. A handful of properties do not feature a dishwasher, but this will be listed on the apartment amenities itself.

    All have washing machines and drying facilities.

    All the comforts you’d expect of home, you’ll be greeted by a fully furnished property as shown, on top of this there’s a flat-screen TV with Freeview and fully equipped kitchens including cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

    Yes, you require insurance for all your personal belongings. Croft Living insurance only covers building and contents insurance for our property

  • A:

    No, VAT is not applicable to your rent, however it will be applicable to your departure clean, or any additional services/packages you book through us.

  • A:

    A deposit of £1000 is taking prior to your arrival, this deposit is fully refundable should the apartment be returned with no damage and in the state of repair & cleanliness in which you occupied it.

    A full inventory will be conducted prior to your arrival and on your departure, regular and/or mid-term inspections will also be carried out during your stay depending on the length of your lease. This means we are all communicating throughout your tenancy and any concerns from either party can be raised as we go. On check-out and a successful inventory post departure, should the inventory be satisfactory, your deposit will be returned within 10 working days. Should there be any damages or concerns this will be discussed with you prior to the return of your deposit.

    Yes, we regularly provide a letter of reference on behalf of our clients confirming your lease agreements as evidence of proof of address, this might be required for opening a bank account or registering with a Doctor etc.

  • A:

    Like any residential apartment in London you can use the apartment address to receive post and deliveries. We urge you to not to put additional strain on building concierges to receive deliveries, they are not employees of Croft living. Some of our properties also have additional delivery ‘locker’ systems, please check your apartment details for specifics.

    No, all our apartments are smoke-free properties.

  • A:

    Your first months’ rent and £1000 deposit is due within 24 hours of you signing our booking form, this is in order to ensure that your apartment does not continue to be advertised. You can pay by bank transfer, debit card or credit card.
